Getting paid through mobile app

Hi everyone. I need some urgent help regarding how to accept payments (in-app purchases) through Google Play Store.

The situation: Here in SA we cannot open a Google Merchant Account, so we cannot accept payments. How can we then accept payments for in-app purchases if we don't have a merchant account? Can we use a 3rd party (like PayPal) to act as the merchant account so we can accept payments from credit/debit cards?

Is an international account account necessary for this?

I have a donate button in one of my apps that uses PayPal. If a user clicks on it, it opens PayPal in the phone's browser and it goes to a payment page where you can pre-specify an amount.

I'm not sure how you can automate the process where you mark a user as paid after successful payment though. If you find a way to do that, please let me know.
