Yeah I didn't address the article head on. For me its a simple question of value for money though...which includes speed among other things. i.e. Its the thread title interpreted differently:I think this article is about paying for a speed (example: 1Mb/s) and getting the speed (1Mb/s), averaged and compared between countries. It looks like you think it's the difference in cost and difference in ISP's........am I right?
