Getting to know your Telkom folks

Who can I contact on that list to speed up the process of installing a new line? Will giving a bottle of brandy work :D

I wish i can say this is working for me, I've been trying to get hold of the person in my Commodity section for the past 3 days already, both numbers just ring.

Find an exchange close to yours and try that number...

Or, phone the relevant planner and ask him to check the person on the list's contact details on "Outlook".

On the Gauteng spreadsheet, under the "Managers2001_Mine no dup" spreadsheet, there does not seem to be contact numbers on it, nor does my exchange even seem to be on there or any exchanges in the Roodepoort/Wilropark area.

Then on the "Gauteng" spreadsheet with the Commodity/Planning and Network maint. sections, i only find the Roodepoort area, and none of those people answer any of the lines.

I just seem to have bad luck in this regard.
