Getting too many "Not Respopnding" messgaes

Whats the problem? Firefox, programs, games, all of them get random "Not Respopnding" messgaes too often

Have you fragmented your hard disk recently? Installed any new applications recently and how long have you had this problem for?

Unfortunately that can be a million different things. I'd say format & grab new drivers cause I doubt you'll be able to track down the cause.

antivirus is a good candidate for causing this.

Also have a look at your GPU driver. Nvidia drivers not responding in vista is a common problem that was supposed to be addressed in SP1 for Vista but it still persists. I've experienced this with Vistax64 Ultimate. Don't know which flava you're running though...
