The USA DID deservedly finish top of their group if no-one remembers and if they didn't have a goal unfairly ruled out against Slovenia they would've finished comfortably on top. They'll certainly test out Germany's defense more than England did.

Ican see this German team ripping through England tbh. They've got the game to make total fools of them. Some of the England stars (Rooney I'm looking at you) are going to have to start performing if they want a chance.
