It seems she might have had an inferiority complex or something. Trying to please everybody gets you nowhere.
 
Sounds like the kind of kid who wore Ugg boots and Crocs. She might have survived if she wearing her Crocs...
 
A young girl, whether not right in the head or depressed, jumped off her school building and died a horrific death and you lot see fit to make light of it? Disgusting fscking behaviour.
 
Judging by most the responses in this thread, I've seen zero condemnation for bullies, and most have chosen to rather condemn the girl and make light of her death with Darwin jokes. Its easy to see in this thread who would've been cheering her to jump, for the sole purpose of

I wonder what some of your responses where to that toddler that was beaten up a few weeks back. Think I'm gonna back track and take a look, will be interesting to see how your feelings were about bullies back then. Maybe we do a comparison :)

What happened was very sad make no mistake.
What i don't like is when people paint everybody in the thread with the same brush.
This is where things get ugly, people get flamed and at the end of the day nothing is accomplished.
Lets share our opinions and get along dammit, the world cup is coming!

There is a world of difference between being pushed off a building, as opposed to choosing to jump when challenged to do so. The former is bullying, the latter is stupidity, and the latter is what this thread is dealing with. QED.

I don't support bullying in any way, shape or form - but if you are being bullied, it's your responsibility to grow a backbone and do something about it. Giving in to their demands only starts a vicious cycle that can only make things worse for the person being bullied.

The toddler did not have a choice in the matter. By the age of 14 she shoud have known better.
 
Obviously this is sad BUT comon, she was 14 & she got so EMO because of a BF? At that age she should be having her friends over at her house & enjoying her young age.

What a STUPID, STUPID thing to do.

And its retarded to compare this incident to an innocent toddler who had no choice in the matter.

She's too young to be considered for a Darwin Award. Children under sixteen are not eligible. She must have been under immense pressure, it's very sad :-(

Pandemonium broke out at the school at about 8am, shortly before pupils were set to commence exams. The teenager was chatting with her friends when she allegedly threatened to jump from the building because of "personal issues".

Pupils, who witnessed the incident but who did not want to be named, told POST the teenager, who had three other siblings, appeared extremely upset and said she wanted to end her life. They said they pleaded with her not to take any drastic action but she refused to listen to reason. She allegedly told them she was "fed-up of life".

Children can suffer from depression. Some of the comments here are ridiculous when very few facts are known.

Wow. Reading through this thread reminds me why I hate people. They're such d1cks. No wonder the world sucks chimpanzee balls. The species sure has come a long way from public torture, slavery and burning witches, but is sadly still pretty unevolved.
