Despite a recent study finding that South Africa is one the most miserable countries in the world, a new report shows that at least it is also one of the freest.

No. It is how you meassure freedom. During Appartheid there were no freedom, as it was preferential system for whites. Now someone wants to tell you that with preferential system for blacks you have more freedom than during appartheid regime, even the global freedom is on decline.
Obama is not a figure, just a representative of the new oppression system.
