Honest answer would be to try source a replacement... Gluing it will only ever be a temporary fix

Man I am so broke at the moment (no pun intended). Lawyers screwing over my family.
Headphone ear pads going and laptop need new battery.
But I hear what you say re temporary fix. But I'm willing to do that for now.

The clear one will be best yeah, if you do a neat job, use it sparingly.
