wider and wider from Harris!!![]()
They keep saying he has a bruised heel. Looking at his bowling speeds in his three overs today, he was bowling high 130s and low 140s, so the pace is definitely not there... (relatively speaking of course)He's afraid of being lambasted again. I don't understand what Smith is trying to achieve with these bowlers. Where is Steyn?

hehe, could be very interesting indeed.I wonder if hotspot can pick up if a player ducks off into the changerooms for a quickie during lunch? Or if they keep the stump cams rolling after players grab them at the end of a match - could be interesting...![]()
I read somewhere that had Prince been fit for this test, they'd have included him at Duminy's expense.
Duminy has proved he can bat exceptionally well, he's taken a number of catches (and not from the slips) and now he's taken a wicket.
We have to make space for him now, even when Prince comes back. To drop him after the way he's performed would be criminal, imo.

Duminy:
216 runs @ ave of 108 - highest ave
6 catches - more than any outfielder except Smith, Kallis and d Villiers who all been in the slips/gully
1 wicket @ 14.00 - lowest ave
Statistics at this stage of his career is largely irrelevant.
Drop Harris, get in another batsman and have JP bowl the obligatory spin overs from now on. Harris is not much of a spin bowler, a liability in the field who has to be hidden anywhere possible, cannot bat and still hasn't impressed in much of a fashion worthy of becoming a test player for what will soon be the best team in the world.
I prefer JP's action - much more flight on the ball, more dip and more spin. If he is afforded more of an opportunity to bowl, I am sure he'd become a better spin bowler than Harris. In fact I think he is already. But then again, even Smith is a better off spin bowler than Harris IMO. He's just a liability. And he makes me cringe when I watch him chase after a cricket ball. If I had to teach a mentally challenged, gay duck how to run, I'd send it to Paul Harris for waddle lessons...
