Golf: US Open

i thought i was the only one up so early on a monday morning to watch golf. i got some odd looks at the office when i asked if anyone else watched. pft.

i watched the entire day three and everything from 3am this morning. was nice to watch them work for their scores. these low-scoring tournaments with scores in the low 60s is like watching t20 "cricket".

was a bit bummed about hossler falling away, but he kinda shot himself in the foot thinking he could win it on the final day as an amateur while being four or so shots behind. teenagers. smh. i'll keep an eye on him in the future. he impressed me though and made me think of justin rose in his early days (well, the justin rose from 1998, after that he fell off the bus a bit).

i must say, i felt for furyk. i've hit MANY of those shots in my life. in fact, i feel i play out of trouble rather well at times due to all the practice i get. :)

it was too late to watch

:(

but the course must have been a real biatch for the winner to win on +1

i expected tiger to do better ...but any signs like that from tiger and you know he is coming soon for the wins
