Yes, the constructive thing you can do is to provide me a means to cancel this contract and convert the SIM to prepaid so I can port back to Vodacom.
I currently cannot cancel because when I phone, the system wants a PIN code from me. I do not have a PIN code, never had one. Don't know when that BS came into being but the last time I spoke to your company when my phone was CUT for no reason, I had no problem getting through.

There shouldn't be any need for a pin, only need to press 0 for an operator.

Pm me your details along with the actual complaint and il make sure it gets through to the relevant department.

Don't bother... my wife had more patience than I and got through, we have a cancellation ref.
And yes, today I needed to use the phone when I got stuck with the car, and your USELESS NETWORK KEPT DROPPING THE CALLS!!!! Tell the fools to stop smoking weed and start fixing the damn network!!!

Data contract closed. Cellphone contract up next this month.
Moving to either CellC or Telkom. MTN are total rip offs!!!
