Yeh, for some reason I have stayed away from MTN, but recently due mainly to Afrihost, keep buying more and more 3g data and my last iphone contract was with MTN and I so regret my cell c contracts, cant wait for them to finish.

Lets hope I never have to PM you :D

.....AND It's official! Your new reps on this forum will go by the handle Y'ello Crew, they are just busy completing the registration and should be active to handle your complaints by the end of the day:)
They comprise of 3 individuals, who will insert their initials at the bottom of each reply so as to know which one you are dealing with.
I'l email Rpm to give them the rep title, and I thank you for bearing with with me, its been an uphill battle and its finally over, its been great dealing with you:eek:

Snakey I need help. I am a tad frustrated.

Calling results in holding for 1h 20min plus (tried multiple times and never get spoken to by a consultant)
going in to HQ and speaking to people...
I told them I had 2 hours, no more. (was not negotiable due to prior commitments)
They kindly spoke to me within a few minutes of my arrival. Then 1st came with info (in my name) that someone else requested in their name, after some wait.
Then disappeared for longer.
Next a different person showed his face.
I left eventually with half my original problem solved, and have more questions.

I need someone to help me get the accounts/capturing department.... to make sure a credit due from October is captured.
Instead the credit seems to have mysteriously vacated to the Bermuda triangle.

Please help.

Thank you for that- 2 reps, possibly 3 depending on business requirements. Biggest problem we have had in the past is that assisting on this site never factored into the KPI for anybody. When I was promoted I didn't log in for over a year, simply had no time. People have come and gone as "reps" here, but nothing solid sadly. I'm meeting one last time tomorrow with the big wigs to finalize this matter.

The Pro's left that is why :p

No, but he is right. It would make it far easier to deal with you (by proxy of you being an official rep), and should MTN dedicate additional / other staff to monitor to this forum as the other SP's do, it will be a simple handover of the existing account, allowing you to keep your myBB account unharmed.

I'm not a rep on this forum, it took me years to get my death eater title and I will not relinquish it.
If its so terribly confusing then I'l do you a favour and leave this section to its own devices, the reps here are more than capable of handling things:)

would by proxy make you the forum rep until such time that your company has established what they plan on doing here (which you only clarified later on). The point of any such queries being directed to a dedicated forum account still stands, because your plans were vague to begin with.

Unfortunately, your company is terribly bad at enacting adequate service. Constructive criticism gets shot down at the first hurdle, too. Good luck succeeding in reversing your image of poor service.

EDIT: OK, I messed up here. I didn't check the date you posted your confirmation of the reps. My bad :eek:

I hear you, but these guys i see and check up on on almost a daily basis, so they aint going anywhere;)

What is up when I connect to the Internet on my phone I get a message saying You get 0% discount it's very irritating. I get it for calls I make as well for a long time now. Sony Xperia z.

Fixed. Bug in MTM.

Yes, the constructive thing you can do is to provide me a means to cancel this contract and convert the SIM to prepaid so I can port back to Vodacom.
I currently cannot cancel because when I phone, the system wants a PIN code from me. I do not have a PIN code, never had one. Don't know when that BS came into being but the last time I spoke to your company when my phone was CUT for no reason, I had no problem getting through.
