Snakey I need help. I am a tad frustrated.
Calling results in holding for 1h 20min plus (tried multiple times and never get spoken to by a consultant)
going in to HQ and speaking to people...
I told them I had 2 hours, no more. (was not negotiable due to prior commitments)
They kindly spoke to me within a few minutes of my arrival. Then 1st came with info (in my name) that someone else requested in their name, after some wait.
Then disappeared for longer.
Next a different person showed his face.
I left eventually with half my original problem solved, and have more questions.
I need someone to help me get the accounts/capturing department.... to make sure a credit due from October is captured.
Instead the credit seems to have mysteriously vacated to the Bermuda triangle.
Please help.
Thank you for that- 2 reps, possibly 3 depending on business requirements. Biggest problem we have had in the past is that assisting on this site never factored into the KPI for anybody. When I was promoted I didn't log in for over a year, simply had no time. People have come and gone as "reps" here, but nothing solid sadly. I'm meeting one last time tomorrow with the big wigs to finalize this matter.

No, but he is right. It would make it far easier to deal with you (by proxy of you being an official rep), and should MTN dedicate additional / other staff to monitor to this forum as the other SP's do, it will be a simple handover of the existing account, allowing you to keep your myBB account unharmed.
I'm not a rep on this forum, it took me years to get my death eater title and I will not relinquish it.
If its so terribly confusing then I'l do you a favour and leave this section to its own devices, the reps here are more than capable of handling things![]()
