I warned them this would happen, and it has.
Faxed cancellation to Cybersmart on the weekend. Another month end with the ADSL dead, phone line is perfect, ADSL provisioning is removed due to incompetence.

See you all on the other side when I have MWEB uncapped.

I am having a new landline installed to replace the faulty one. That way I will force Telkom to:
1. work through a new set of local leads to solve my noise and fading problem
2. resolve the billing cock-ups

I will revert back after 2PM today with details about the new landline. Unfortunately won't have the number but we can begin the process.
I have decided which package I want yes so all that info is at hand.

What docs do you need? Can I fax them to you?

We do not need any documentation as yet, I would just need a contact number to forward onto our sales department.

Are you cancelling with Cybersmart because of faulty Telkom equipment?:confused:

Because of their incompetence and reluctance to get involved with Telkom.
After this morning it is quite clear they moved the ADSL to the old landline at my old address... Telkom have revealed that to me. This is the second time. Canning Cybersmart, Canning Telkom the whole lot, and will start over with a new line, tired of dealing with people who have IQ in the negative number ranges. Telkom sent me a bill yesterday of almost R1000, again after disputing the account for the second time.
