Not sure if this is the correct forum so please advise if not.
We are paying to run ads using google but our account has been suspended for suspicious payment activity with no explanation. We have submitted appeals and spoken to numerous parties at google for over a month to try to rectify the issue with no success. Getting sent in circles to the same forms with zero replies. Is there anyone that works at google SA we can contact to get an actual two way conversation on the problem going? Or any advice from anyone with a similar problem? They say due to covid there is no telephonic support and we can only submit through Internet forms which are never responded to.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
 
We had a similar issue, I believe ours was flagged due to an accidental massive budget change flagged it. Support on Adwords used to be the best support on all their platforms.

However like you this time they took time to respond to us and it was fruitless.

We ended up simply using another account and card.

Needless to say, I don't care if GMB and all their other services are using a community as support staff, but this is real money and I expected more. This is what happens in duopolies. Im afraid, the appeal is really the only thing you have. After that, you are on your own. Did you try phoning them?
 
Yes we tried phoning local and US offices to no avail. Everyone simply says they can’t help we must use the email or website support. It’s been 6 weeks and multiple emails and queries with zero reply or acknowledgment.
