Payfast support response times

Ive been using them for a long time (since before they were payfast.io ) and their services are solid. No complaints with their product or services.

However, Im finding stuff that requires a human to look at the issue is getting really bad. Ive been waiting 3 days on documentation approval and a support ticket I made has also gone unanswered since yesterday.

This feels a little bit like they are trying to make a bit too much money for shareholders instead of hiring enough staff to deal with queries. The finances for my company is locked until someone in their support issue deals with my issue.

I feel if you cant get a turn around on mission critical infrastructure in 24 hour... or on a bad day 48 hours... then you are understaffed.

Anyone else getting slow turn around times for important issues with them? What is a good alternative to Payfast in South Africa? I am specifically looking for WHMCS plugins.
 
I've also noticed it slowly get worse since they were taken over by Network. Peach Payments is a good alternative.

Payfast handles payments for Vuma Reach also. Their support queue is flooded especially at the beginning of the month.

This way if anyone Googles that, they`ll get an idea of what they have to deal with.

Im sorry they have more support load here, but that highlights a staffing shortage, it shouldnt be a me problem.
 
11 days. Documents still pending. Support ticket still waiting for a reply. Ill keep you updated if they ever find their support department.

At this point I am assuming their support dept is in bad shape.
 
Its Friday Friday, ganna go search for Paypal support on a Friday.

Still no sign of Payfast support. We have sent out search parties in hopes of locating their mythical support department but so far all clues have lead us to nothing. The men grow tired and wary. I will not let them give up hope. I just know, that if we persevere.... someone, somewhere will respond.
 
If anyone is curious as to how Paystack vs Payfast support is. Paystack got me a human to correspond with in 2 days. Day 14 for Payfast and still waiting. Im actually curious to see how terrible their support is, so will keep this thread updated. I have never experienced this type on inefficiency outside of a government department.
