Google Apps synch to Outlook

Google on Tuesday synched applications available online as services with Outlook email programs, continuing a push into workplaces historically dominated by Microsoft software.

I am using the previous version that Syncs my calendar in outlook to my google calendar. And then on my Blackberry I have Sync as well which syncs my BB to my gogle calendar, works very well.
