Hi All,

I'm hoping that someone can point us in the right direction, our work email addresses are hosted with Google. The last time we received mails was on Friday last week, I noticed over the weekend I was asked to sign back into my account via the Outlook app on my phone but didn't pay much attention to it until I tried on Sunday and couldn't get in.

We tried again yesterday through Gmail (web) and get an error message saying "couldn't find your Google account" happens with the admin address as well.

I've been trying to get hold of a Human/support at Google with no luck, has anyone else had this happen?

TIA

You should hope that nobody had access to your admin account and removed your domain or users. Is this a paid plan or the early adopter accounts they had in the past?

I have seen some people upgrade the 'old' account to a 'paid' account without taking notice that they must actually start paying which obviously resulted in a suspended account. Some people upgraded to add more domains then downgraded within 7 days.

Good luck, Google don't support the 'old' accounts or they don't prioritise it. Google is very prompt with support when it comes to paid accounts or they channel it through the reseller who provisioned your account.

The domain is still there and it's definitely a
Paid for service, we didn't receive any notifications from Google about suspicious activity, outstanding amount or ask if we want to cancel the service.

It's very bizarre.

You can’t contact G Suite support without being logged in with the account’s admin account?

Google says admin account doesn't exist either

Then your account seems to be compromised, either by mischievous activity or by human error. You can try to recover the admin account,

https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery

Remember, your admin needs an assigned mobile number, assigned non-domain email address and access to the DNS provider. They will also check your login history.

Once you have access you need to review the login audit.

Thank you for the help, will let you know what happens

Looks like my business partner (admin) has sorted it out.

Mods please close off.
Thanks
