To compliment our existing Firefox extension, a new Google Chrome extension has been developed that makes finding locally hosted content much easier. If you'd like to install the extension please visit the Chrome extension gallery:

Functionality is quite limited at the moment; to that of determining whether each tabbed website is hosted locally or internationally. Future versions of the extension may include similar features to those of our other extensions, such as search engine overlays. Of course, you're free to suggest what features you'd like to see added too! :D

Show the Flag of the hosting country (not only ZA flag), with an option to show the flag washed out for countries other than your home country.

The Firefox extension was covered in a MyBroadband article last year. It extends the services on offer via our website, though primarily offers website locality detection, as well as search engine overlays indicating each results locality.

I'm looking at bringing both extensions up to speed with each other, in terms of features, shortly.

Thanks for the suggestion. A future version may include such functionality, depending on the demand though.
