They can bump up version numbers all they like, they will never beat the years of experience Opera gained and they only went to V10 after 13 years.

Oh, did I mention that Opera is the best browser in the universe ?

I do miss the add-ons from FF, especially syncing bookmarks between home & work, but Chrome will be introducing that soon.

Hey Bruce, if you got the latest build (4.0.206.1), then start GC with

--enable-sync

switch; you will see the synchronize bookmarks in the wrench menu. Needs a Google Account though.

How secure is Chrome? I can rest assured that FF is secure, or for the most part, especially with the plugins that I have.

It was music to our customize-happy ears when InformationWeek tugged a promise out of Chrome's developers that Chrome will have add-ons (original enthusiasm Adam's), and it turned out more than 28 percent of browser users were ready to switch when extensions arrived.

More secure? Well it was the last browser standing at pwn2own, so by default, one could argue it's the most secure. FF + NoScript is still your best bet for security though...
