ive been sent some folders with Google Drive and im not able to download them is it possible they forgot to allow me access to download the folders? is there anyway of me being able to change that?

Some companies BLOCK Google Drive and any cloud downloads like dropbox, if this is a work laptop going to need to get your IT dept to assist

It’s quite possible they specifically disabled downloads with good reasons.

You can’t change this and they would need to do it for you or clarify why.
