The concern is with targeted marketing, Google know your behavior and have profiled you as such, making these analysis available to their customers.
 
We all know that Google and companies like yahoo, Facebook etc dish out our information for extra pocket money. We can't prevent it but we can avoid it - simply by being careful of what we share online.
