Hello guys and girls

Has anyone noticed issues with their Home Mini? Namely....

  1. Routines no longer work
  2. Alarms are delayed
  3. Continued Conversation doesnt work
 
It's frustrating.
It doesn't lower the volume when I ask it to, it doesn't always respond to "Ok,/Hey Google.", and the biggest problem that I found now is that I can't use it as a bluetooth speaker as it disconnects (I tried formats other than AAC as well).
 
Yes, i have to shout at it sometimes and end up saying FFS MAN - not ideal with my 4yr old boy nearby (he has said, OK Google, FFS)

I havent tried BT speaker for sometime TBH
 
I noticed months back that there were a lot more "false positives" with the wake words, ie sounds and conversations that didn't resemble the OK Google/Hey Google would wake it up while I was talking on the phone or watching TV. Landed up muting the mic just to avoid having those issues every day.

Then I set it up last week for my mom at her place - adding to shopping lists won't work, Find My Phone won't work.. it's basically useless. Haven't had time to delve into the help guides yet but it used to be super straightforward, quick and easy to set up.

I dont know if its a setup issue from a user POV but more of nonsense from Google
 
I find that Continued Conversations doesn't work, I haven't tried alarms or routines, Bluetooth works fine.
 
I'm streaming from Mini to amplifier, so I can't really comment. Can you stream from your phone to another BT device without problems?
