I have to ask (not too clued up on development)- could this possibly ease the "fragmentation" problem?
No it is just the IDE.

Eclipse is damn slow, clunky and not as slick as IntelliJ so it is great that they'r moving away from Eclipse. I am a happy.
 
Love the notification sync and game cloud sync APIs for googleplay!

Saw that, and switched to the live stream... Sundar Pichai sounds like the crap developers we have in the office...

Kinda disappointed by the S4 Google Edition... And given that it's being sold in the US first, this will be the Qualcomm variant. Boo freaking hoo...
