Asking about why people in other countries can't sell their apps or buy apps.
Larry answers very shortly with hopefully they will make progress soon.
So I haven't missed much- nice...
I thought it was brilliant much better than last year. For developers not journalists. What a disappointing I/O, not even 4.3

mine is still the sameK my G+ has changed, new features in tow...
mine is still the same
It's slowly being rolled out.
I had to wait a bit for mine.
Do you guys see that it says 15GB storage to upload photos now?
Yeah Google merged all the storage into one, Gmail+ Gdrive +picasa and Google Plus all share the 15 gig, also Android sync (new sync API for android apps) will be using this space.
Mine still shows 5GB. I see there is a setting under "Set storage size"" Full size (5GB) and Standard size (unlimited free storage at 2048 px) what does the latter mean?
Life gets a bit easier when your Google products work well together—whether that’s inserting a Drive file into an email or sharing a photo from Drive on Google+. As this experience becomes more seamless, separate storage doesn’t make as much sense anymore. So instead of having 10 GB for Gmail and another 5 GB for Drive and Google+ Photos, you’ll now get 15 GB of unified storage for free to use as you like between Drive, Gmail, and Google+ Photos.
With this new combined storage space, you won’t have to worry about how much you’re storing and where. For example, maybe you’re a heavy Gmail user but light on photos, or perhaps you were bumping up against your Drive storage limit but were only using 2 GB in Gmail. Now it doesn’t matter, because you can use your storage the way you want.
We’ll also be making updates to the Google Drive storage page, so you can better understand how you’re using storage space. Simply hover over the pie chart to see a breakdown of your storage use across Drive, Gmail, and Google+ Photos. And if you need more storage, this is your place to upgrade, with plans starting at $4.99/month for 100 GB.
Pro tip: This change means you’re no longer limited to a 25 GB upgrade in Gmail—any additional storage you purchase now applies there, too.
These changes to Google Drive storage will roll out over the next couple of weeks. Google Apps users will also be getting shared storage, so visit the enterprise blog to learn more.

I see Google are continuing their trend of ****-canning open standards while touting how "open" they are and bemoaning other companies' lack of interoperability.
Example's instead of rants would help us understand what you on about?
Hardly a rant. Google yesterday announced that they are killing their XMPP support in gtalk, just like they killed caldav support in gcal, etc.
CalDAV API will become available for whitelisted developers, and will be shut down for other developers on September 16, 2013. Most developers’ use cases are handled well by Google Calendar API, which we recommend using instead. If you’re a developer and the Calendar API won’t work for you, please fill out this form to tell us about your use case and request access to whitelisted-only CalDAV API.
Update: March 15, 2013: We worked with the developers who provide 98 percent of our current CalDAV traffic to assure access to the CalDAV API, which means many popular products will not be impacted. We remain committed to supporting open protocols like CalDAV.
Can you link the post where they killing XMPP support if you do not mind.
Its just that they recommend you using their schema instead, and yes I agree with you that its crap that they kill some API's now and again, but all companies does that as the needs change. It just affects Google's applications more seeing that they more "Open" from the get go.
