Google maps is all I use on my Se 2022 and it’s always worked flawlessly, same on the Se 2020 I had before that

I can only comment on how it runs on my phone, not yours.

Anyone gotten the speed limits to show up yet?

Yeah it’s been working fine on my wife’s device for a few weeks now. It we are in the UK. Not sure if it’s available in RSA yet.

One thing I noticed since moving here; is Apple and google maps also shows where traffic lights are on the map, too. I can’t recall if SA maps shows it too.

Nope, finally got the speedometer two months ago but no speed limits, even the option has been under settings for ages

Yet, it is. Despite your stedfast certainty I've been experiencing it for a while now. It doesn't happen with Waze, it doesn't happen with Apple's Maps, but it does with Google Maps.
