Google Nexus 5 LTE?

Is there any possible way to get LTE enabled on the Nexus 5 using Telkom mobile?

Or am i completely stuffed?

Nope, Nexus 5 doesn't officially support TD-LTE which Telkom uses. It unofficially sort of supports it on Band 41 with some messing around, but Telkom Mobile LTE is on Band 40 so no help there.

What I'm saying is that it was hard enough to find phones that support TD-LTE at all. That's the first obstacle to getting anything to work on Telkom Mobile LTE, and the Nexus does but only on band 41 and only one of the models. You need band 40 for Telkom Mobile.

Stuffed. Only device that will support it is the iPhone 6 at present.

Well I don't know how he got that. The "It" was referencing the Nexus 5, since I then in the same sentence talk about Telkom Mobile LTE being on only 41.

Your statements are very confusing, and don't correlate at all.

BTW- band 41 is used by Sprint in the US, hence why the US variant (D820) of the Nexus 5 supports it.

Also the ZTE-NUBIA-Z7-MAX-MSM8974AC. According to specs, still waiting for mine.

Delayed due to postal strike, and of course a lot of stuff gets stolen during these strikes.

I had muddled up the "unofficial" extra LTE band support that the Nexus 4 had with the Nexus 5.

i cant get my nexus 5 and 7 to recognise my tellkom sim.even if just 3g or 2g
