Guys, the charger I have is a US one. Can I use my Samsung charger to charge it? Too scared to take a chance.

Yes, almost all USB chargers will work
Yep. Been using my Samsung charger on my Nexus 4 since ownership.
Got my Nexus 5 today - loving it. The phone is blazingly fast and the screen beautiful. Got the white 32 GB and must say after I read most reviews it seems as if the white is not as nice. However I like it - the feeling is quite nice and won't show fingerprints.
Camera not too great though - got a couple of blurry pics of my kids where my iPhone4s would have been fine (well lit pics). Here's hoping Google fixes it in an update.

i was considering the white but still not sure, probably ill take black.
Camera: this is 1 of the big reasons im considering the LG G2. camera quality in all reviews says its very good even in low light.
hence im confused between the N5 and G2.

And Kitkat is now already rolling out for the G2....would love to see the benchmarks with Android 4.4 running on it.![]()
wow ...... thought LG wud have taken months before offering 4.4 update
good news this as u have have all the features of Nexus 5 and bonus 3000mah battery and 13mp camera quality all wrapped in 1.
How big of an issue is the battery life to those who have a nexus 5?

I found it better than expected. I played around with it quite a bit today and each time I checked I had more juice than I expected. Will test next week in a normal day (in the office, with Wifi enabled, 3G enabled and two push-email accounts) and see how it keeps up.
Must say, disappointed with the camera. I think it tries to activate the Optical Image Stabilizer - which takes some time. This means that when you hit the shutter it doesn't take the shot immediately - which sucks. Furthermore, I think it tries to keep ISO low since it is stabilized. This works fine - until you start taking shots of kids or pets. Then you need all the light you can get for non-blurry pics. Tried installing some custom apps that can control the ISO, but all the shots ends up too dark and checking file properties indicate that the ISO was still auto-set (to like 150 instead of the 2000+ I tried).
One plus point is that the macro is quite decent!

I charge it every night, not an issue for me. I'm very happy with the device overall. It seems well built and the camera is good for me, I use HDR+ most of the time.
Thanks for the honest , much appreciated
I serious was considering the Nexus 5 but a lot of reviews (YouTube reviews included)mention what u experiencing concerning the camera quality and the battery life.
I have now made a decision and will be getting the LG G2, as camera and battery life are 2 main things I require esp the camera . And with kit kat coming to G2 (I'm sure it's early next year) It will be a complete package.

Enough of this LG G2 talk. Any nexus 5 owners that have to rooted yet ? Rooted mine yesterday but our wasn't as easy because of the locked bootloader
