Just make sure that you send the cancellation notice before end of May if you've subscribed for it now, otherwise you will be charged R49/pm from August onwards.
Promotion Terms & Conditions: This offer is valid for new customers for a limited period only. Promotion is limited to one product per customer only. Line rental is excluded and the service is shaped during office hours and not intended for business use. The first 2GB of data per month is free, thereafter the customer will be billed for any out-of-bundle usage at 5 cents per MB. The service will automatically continue once the 6 month free period has lapsed, at a cost of R49p/m. Customer must give @lantic 30 days notice before the 6 month free period has lapsed, to terminate the service. If no cancelation is received the service will continue indefinitely at R49/month until a written notice of cancelation is received via
[email protected] E&OE
I've now also applied for Cybersmart's free 1GB, because that @lantic service is SAIX based, which means I can't play with Mweb users.
So I'm now splitting traffic like crazy again with my Linksys WRT54GL, using a modified script that Gatecrasher originally created:
1) By default traffic goes via this free @lantic ADSL
2) Mweb traffic goes via Cybersmart
3) WAGE & WebAfrica's FreeZone traffic goes via 1GB Web Africa local only account (~R15 once off and doesn't expire at end of month)
4) Route twilightgaming.co.za:6112 traffic also via Web Africa local only account, so that I can make use of the WAGE bot to host DotA games
From next month (1st Feb), I will be using
Axxess' 30GB Local Plus (2GB (Int/Local) + 28GB Local) for R99.
If your router doesn't disconnect that connection, then you can get like ~32GB of international traffic from it

* The cool thing about the IS account is that you don't have to route MWeb/WebAfrica related traffic via another account like you have to do with Mweb/SAIX accounts.
