I assume that is why you did it? You should have made the thread title your URL as well - but then again the changes of it being reported would have increased.

No the reason is, when i do the search myself i do tend to get different results, and i did try other computers with different connections. it seems that Google knows me and put me up high. I just wanted figure that out. Sorry if i did upset you or someone else but it was never my attentions.

i have got so many good replies, with things to fix and to them THANK YOU...

Got it at nr 15, I am using startpage.com which basically uses google anyway.

If you visit an invalid page there is a missing logo - top left. After a few seconds you are redirected to the main page however.

On the about page, put spaces between paragraphs. Makes it easier to read.

Didn't know www.startpage.com, but have tried it just now and www.homeandsecure.co.za was number 8 in my search.

when i try i always find my page at number 2 - 12.

Use Incognito mode to test Google page "ranking". Otherwise your profile affects results.

I do have www.homeandsecure.co.za / old sites on bing search that gives 404 fault. I am in the process of fixing it.

after stopping my advertising on Google. I am on #14 today. is that the reason why I am being dumped by Google...
