There were two features they kept coming back to: Communities, which now average 1.2 million new joins per day, and Collections, which launched just five months ago and is growing even faster.

It is not big in SA, but it is growing abroad and is a strong marketing vehicle in the UK, Europe and North America. It is also noticeable that SA companies are underutilising LinkedIn.

So many ignorant naysayers. I've used G+ since its inception and many people still do. It has much more substantial content than what the fakebook kiddies post. Take away all the "Is it Friday yet?" posts and other crap and there's a lot more on G+ than on fb.
