3rd fixed line will take just as long as neotottie to get up and running, so the license will be awarded in 2025 and maybe by 2035 we'll see some services from them.. if any international company is stupid enough to invest here...

This does not make sense. I think all Individual ECNS licensees will have the same right, so what is this guy talking about? After the license conversion process (which should be before 2009) there will be no VANS either.
