Once Vodacom has all the documentation in place they will switch the tower back on and publish the "3G Enabled" cell broadcast to the users.
Well the cell info on my SE V800 (currently on GSM/GPRS) say "Lone hill-3" then "3G Enabled". This has been show in my area for 6-8 weeks now (on my previous T610)

Had my the V800 for 4 weeks now & 3G was work well till 3 days ago ... 3G gone.

Mams, you're probably in a new cluster while the other sites you're seeing are in another cluster.

Will revert soonest with an update.

YAAY! My 3g is up and running again!!!!
Thanks VODACOM3g!!!
just hope it stays on....

Mams, pleasure. Should now stay up.

A number of 3G sites will be turned on in the Gauteng South region over the next few days. This should include Vanderbilpark.

Lonehill is being investigated as it's an actual fault and not part of the commisioning process.

Please give feedback when you see sites coming up. (or not)
