Hi All

How does one go about on claiming under the warranty for a GPU. I bought a second hand PC a year ago but want to upgrade the GPU. According to the age of the GPU it is still under warranty but I don't have a slip or the box. I want to sell it for funds towards the new GPU. So can I advertise that it is still under warranty or not?

It is a Gigabyte if that means anything.

Thanks

Rectron handles Gigabyte locally so you can have it RMA'd through them even if it was bought elsewhere.

I had a HDD replaced through them without any sort of proof of payment, I don't even know where the HDD was originally bought but they were the local suppliers.
