Its next gen, busy installing, and I had XB one version on my Console already.
Edit: Not gonna test on PS5 cause Sony frowns on refunds.

It is likely to depend on how your system can handle crowd density. Cyberpunk 2077 does it too, can't handle it, won't render it.

That would be the Smart Delivery feature on Xbox to ensure you have the best version of the game without having to purchase it again

That beach scene is probably a cutscene in the game anyway. Probably part of the intro I reckon.

I already had and played GTA5 on Series via Smart delivery. The Enhanced one had a buy option. It's now installing after buying that combined edition so it includes Next Gen.

Nothing wrong with cutscenes in trailers though. GTA trailers have always been like that.

It is not improbable. For single players it is plausible, and the game will be demanding. For online play I doubt it. But, yes, it is likely a cutscene. We haven't seen any current gameplay.

GTA cutscenes use in-game engine anyway and aren't prerendered...

Pity no Cross-play or Co-op SP
Now that would rock if GTA 6 allowed you to co-op the SP campaign. Hell, I would buy both PS5 and Xbox versions day one, if me and my wife could Bony & Clide it.

heavens no! being GTA means any large crowd will just be catnip for a bit of rampage and mowing them down with a truck for the mother of all gouranga bonuses ...
and if that crowd happens to be mostly of one race GTA will immediately be accused of racism
