They usually reveal the trailer shortly before release. So we're looking at about a year. Only R1k a month to save up...

Was a member of gtaforums back then. Still a member actually and member of one of the gangs there but haven't been back in years. Don't know if I would even recognize anyone there anymore.
Still remember how btgames opened at 6am on the day of GTAV's release and I was the very first to pick up my preorder at my local store on my way to work

Nothing beats physical editions of GTA with its posters and foldout maps which I've always laminated. And even just the cool boxart itself.
GTA San Andreas was the best with it's hardcover travel guide. Mine is still in near perfect condition.

I agree. Maybe a hard copy might be worth it for the physical media you get too.

I remember having the 4GB Xbox 360 when GTA 5 released. had to use a flashdrive as storage to play the game.

Im sure it was Midnight, I remember going to a BT games late at night to pick up my preorder.
