Hi Guys,

I have a grandstream UCM6102 installed at one of my customers. Currently it has a telkom line connected to the FXO for incoming and outgoing calls. I have defined a outbound route. I have a yeastar T49 connected to the pbx for the reception console. My problems is when dialing out a number there is a good 7-10 seconds delay before it will actually dial out.

I know on the Yeastar S20 PABX there is options to define DTMF and FCC that makes this shorted. But I cannot find something similar on the Grandstream PBX. Have you guys experienced this problem before?

Normally there would be dial plan where you can define how many digits can be dialled before call will be made. On Panasonic it is 0XXXXXXXXX to tell pabx to dial after 10 digits has been dialled.

Thanks Ronnie. I know I have defined my rule as _X. but I will make this change and revert back.
