After my previous upgrade, my graphics card has been overheating. From 75'C under load previously to 125'C (where it throttles itself and everything lags) now. The fan on the graphics card is still running, I've even put a case fan underneath the card to try and cool it but it still reaches 125'C... It's not dust and nothing has changed on the card itself, the heatsink and fan is still making proper contact with the card itself. I didn't break it 
Time to replace the card (since I don't want to shell out on aftermarket graphics card coolers)? I might just buy an 8800GT...
