Great alternative to powerpoint for making presentations

Recently had to give a presentation at the office, came across an application named prezi. Its mind blowingly intuitive and makes simple presentations look like you have put in an extreme amount of work into them. It is free to use unless you want to start getting their fancier options or prezi pro. Would heavily suggest it for anyone looking to give a presentation:

For something basic and quick. haiku for the iPad

Had a look and it looks pretty interesting, might give it a bash next time but tough to beat powerpoint with preloaded company templates

That KeyNote seems useful for Mac users, tried looking it up briefly. Is it a Mac only app?
