I must concur, hopefully it was due to his input that improved the 3g service in my area.

Yeah he himself is helpful, too bad about his colleagues that do the follow-up work.

Just a bump for good service from *DM* on helping me with my LTE sim that randomly got RICA'd in someone else's name. The helpdesk staff I called were useless, and he managed to sort it out quick quick.

I too have had excellent service from him.
He managed in a very short space of time to accomplish what my previous mobile provider (mtn) were unable to do over a 12 yr period.

I posted my comments regards the great service i had experienced - not sure in which section tho.
