On metrofibres network or on Vumatel?

Not sure why body corporates sign off on the contract without just refuting the closed access for 3 months clause.

Is there no way to discount the connection fee of R1710-00?
The others charge R500-00 approx, surely his should be lowered to attract customers?
I know if you sign up for a 24 month contract then you won't have to pay the installation fees. But if you sign up for a month-to-month subscription then you have to pay it.

If this is a router you already own, it's sufficient. However, if your going to buy it for a fiber connection, I'd look elsewhere. You really don't need the ADSL modem for fiber, so why pay for it ? Also, that router has 10/100 ports, which will work fine for slower speeds, but will become a bottle neck if you want a fiber connection that is 100m or faster.

http://www.tp-link.com.au/products/details/cat-9_TL-WR1043ND.html#specifications would be better for a fiber connection, as it has gigabit ports and no ADSL.

Already have it but not sure how the fiber connects from white box into what devices

Plug the Ethernet cable from the fiber into the WAN port, it's the one closest to the ADSL port. There should be an option under settings to put your device into wireless router mode, enable it.
