Unlike ADSL, the keyword to this product is constant. I do a speedtest many times a day and its always the same; freaking awesome.

The upload speed will change the way you interact with a lot of things. Due to it being so amazing and constant we moved over to google drive from a local intranet
 
Have Greencom done any areas in Pretoria?

Wanna maybe have a stab at having part of my area connected but need to know what their requirements are.
 
So my power goes off and comes on at 7pm. Yet the Internet doesn't come back on. I restarted the ONT and routers and still nothing.

I then called the call centre and was told they will look into it and get back to me quick. After waiting almost an hour I call them back and I am told there is no support after 8pm. They can't help me until tomorrow morning.

WTF

I would like to get rid of DSTV at some stage but if this is the case I will not be able to get rid of DSTV until there is around the clock support for these types of issues.

Had the same issue - just did a reset on the routers. Check the ONT to make sure that it shows the connection as up. If it's down its a greencom problem, if it's up its a problem with your router

Its definitely a Greencom issue. I took a pic of my device and sent it to Paul who confirmed it was and that he has techies working on it. I really hope its resolved soon. I was just getting used to the awesomeness of it...

Paul sorted it out - even managed to get it fixed after hours :D

No. I would love to know how to set up Unotelly, Unblock US and Netflix.

Easiest thing to do. Unotelly will be sufficient for almost all your 'grey' Netflix/Hulu needs with the added bonus of Spotify and Pandora
 
I have unotelly on all my devices so I watch netflix from:
Multiple Samsung mobile devices (Tabs/Phones)
Laptop
WD TV Live

I have a friend who uses it on an Apple TV. I am not a fan of Chromecast at the moment, but it does work on it - at least from my testing

Edit: Awaiting the routing to get fixed, again

One annoying thing is that I cannot change the DNS on the CALIX ONT. Blaming Seacom for not allowing me to Netflix - second night in a row :(
