For me it was after I placed my order, it kicked me out back to the login screen.
Couldn't login anymore so I called support and they said it was blocked.

Something similar happened to me before, it wasn’t right after I placed an order but just randomly couldn’t login and when I tried to reset the password it said email not found. I wondered what the heck was going on, it would help if they communicated the issue to you.

I think there was a problem this morning, as I also couldn't log in and only after 2 or 3 attempts succeeded
