Grocery Delivery Voucher Thread

has anybody here had to return an ASAP order?
I bought some dog food that is mouldy

Whenever I had issues with an asap order.. I either called or emailed. (Their turnaround time in resolving a call problem was generally faster)

According to my previous experiences, items that are under R150 they refunded me to my asap wallet...

They send a blank email to you after the call requesting for pictures of the item in question.

Over R150 they sent a driver to collect. (This is if there is nothing wrong with the item)

(I'm assuming that if it's moldy they would not want the item back, and would refund)

Call or email. It takes about a day. They do credit your asap wallet and you can use it on your next order or request a refund.

You can also return it to your local Pnp, I've done that to swop an item out that was past it's sell by date.

I put 2 in my cart and received 3,however I see that their delivery slots are now full for today. Looks like its a today on promotion
