Did you call PnP?
Might not help much today cos the bank isn’t open. But usually they will call the bank with you on the line and ask them to remove the hold.

They just told me it takes 3 to 5 working days the entire time last week. If it's not cleared tomorrow I'll have to call.

Tried phoning, they need to escalate to the finance department, 8 days now, this is ridiculous. They are like I need an order number, I'm like there wasn't an order it crashed before it even generated a number.
 
You will just have to wait it out. I don't think their system has the ability to fast track the refund and they'll just string you along until it does its thing eventually.

FYI...
PnP ASAP app price not always the same as instore - even if the same store is selected for delivery.

e.g. Mama's 6 Frozen Pies R129.99 on ASAP app but currently R99.99 at my same store.
