Folks with kids, the little juice box (200ml) from Ceres is 2 for R55 at PnP. Works out to just Over R4 each compared to the over R8 normal price.

WONDERBOOM MEATWORLD WEEKEND SPECIAL:
R44.99/kg - beef hindquarter A Grade
R36.99/kg Bulk prok Leg Chops
R119.99 4kg Drumsticks
R39.99/kg Bulk grillhouse wors
R59.99/kg Bulk tenderised steak

:sick::sick: Most disgusting wors I have ever consumed. I will rather pay R10 more and get proper wors.

Not on special - but the Checkers by my house has 200g Jacobs instant coffee going for R89.99 - which is a lot cheaper than you find it anywhere else.

Oh nice.

It pains me having to pay full price for toilet paper.

My mother used to say she doesn't buy expensive TP "want jy gaan dit inelkgeval net deur jou gat trek" lol

I buy expensive ones...I like my anus caressed, not sanded.

Got the cheapies at work, I'll buy the 2ply at least for home.

Here in Portugal I pay:
R31 per kilo for most pork cuts. Loin chops or leg chops with no bones and all fat removed. Portuguese hate fat.
R80 per kilo for fresh salmon, halibut, Nile perch, hake, Pollock and sea bass.
R4 per kilo for potatoes, carrots and the like.
R14 per kilo for tomatoes.
R4.50 for a tin of pitted olives, frankfurters in brine, tuna and sardines.
R12.50 for a liter of wine ( our choice wine)

These prices are at the fx rate taken today.

What!? Earning euros that makes those food prices even more ridiculously cheap?
