Was supposed to be milktart. :o

Was making shorthand notes over the telephone, so had to interpret some of the stuff. My version of the list came pretty close to the pamphlet if you ask me.

Super Spar has some decent specials. Bulk deals like Rhodes glass jar jams 5 for R100 and 6 500g kelloggs Cornflakes for R100. They also have 6x 1l long life milk for R59.

Bakers savory biscuits 6s 5 for R100. Monster Energy Drinks 2 for R30.

Checkers has Ariel Auto Washing Powder 2kg for R39.99
 
R356 total spent. Some note worth specials are Sunlight 2kg tropical hand wash or auto washing powder for R29.95. Orange grove long life 6 x 1L for R59.95 and 2x 1L Fusion dary blend juice for R10.

It got me thinking. 2 boxes of long life milk at PicknPay is R75 each so that is R30 more than Cambridge Food. Just by buying my milk at Cambridge Food I scored a 2kg Sunlight washing powder.

Always keep an eye on the special leaflet people!! Don't just buy.

Haha Glenryck has a better tomato sauce than lucky star and only R12.95 per 400g can it is very well priced actually. Great for a tin fish curry very cheap and very tasty quick meal especially if you get home only 6pm every night after work.

The Fusion pineapple is not bad. I have a allergy to Oros so I avoid that juice leaves me with very little choice except for sweeto :sick:


haha btw guys just posting that you can get decent savings from Cambridge. Stop analyzing my groceries :p
 
Hahahahah can't stomach pilchards lol. PNP have a special on Ceres juice for R16, you can use a smart shopper coupon to drop it to R12
