Fresh meat and Fresh veggies with a good cook beats the cr@p out of pre processed junk, ANYTIME. Just cut back on the luxuries like non edible cr@p woman tend buy to make their life "Easier". I many times complained at my other half that the soap costs more than the edibles. :D Preprocessed food like tin food and quick meals are a total waste IMHO.
 
The new Cadbury's chocolate bars are interesting. The coconut and cashew one is very nice. Just bear in mind that it's 180g and not 200g. They look similar.

Hmmm, sneaky. I am addicted to the almond and orange one. Did not realise the 20g difference.

What brand is quality and what brand is low quality :p? Bosparadys considered good quality?
