iCEnhancer could have a rival. It's called Toddyhancer, and, while still just work-in-progress, is already looking pretty sharp. Here's a quick video—albeit a video with some framerate issues because it was recorded on a laptop.

The last time I tried to put a graphics mod on gta5 I got banned from online for a month - no thanks.

It's like they want you to download a pirated copy for you to mod in single player :\

There are ways of doing it that are easy & simple.

If you really want you can even copy your existing gta v folder to another location and mod the second copy if you're paranoid.
 
Anyone running some of these mods as yet? I've never played GTA V but will at some point in the future. Wondering whether my GTX970 will have issues running at good fps with some of the graphics mods out there.

I've run icenhancer and reshade earlier on with no issues. 7950 3GB. You shouldn't have an issue running any of these mods on full HD.

There's a ****load of mods out there, replacing statues etc

I personally like the Iron Man mod to mess around with.

Sounds great. I played a lot of GTA IV, but without mods. They did have the built in cheats though where you could spawn certain things. Used to spawn the chopper and use it to get around the city. Landing it in tight spots was quite challenging at times.
