GTA 6 delayed again

We've been through this before. It's your opinion as to this console generation. I differ.

In fact, might even get the PS5 Pro in a while. Just want more evidence to build up that it's worth it.

Because I'd rather buy a Gameboy than a PC. Done with that life of keeping track of the latest tech, too old for that schit now. I want to switch on and play on my couch 10 seconds later.

What this gen taught me is not to rush into next gen. They were still making PS4/X1 games 3 years into this gen, so that's how long I'll hold out for...

Yeah we have and when you listed the games you're playing, they're games from the previous generation or multi-platform games.
No real reason for a fancy PS5 Pro.

So you've not played on any console since 2013?? Cause you can't just turn on a console and play much anymore, updates for the game, updates for the console, updates for the controller and and.

That doesn't happen every time, it's occasionally. And my internet is fast enough that it's not even an issue if there is an update.

Sigh. Those were games I'm currently paying. I listed ones still to play.

And the PS5 is a better console than the PS4, and it now seems the "fancy" PS5 Pro might just justify it's price - especially compared to an Xbox.

And PC gaming is pretty much the same, you start you game. What makes it any different to consoles now? I mean my 14 year old uses his Rog Ally more then any console and he's had no issues with games.

Consoles are still hard to beat when it comes to value for money & comfort imo. even with rising prices. People need to chill if they think PC parts are getting cheaper cause lol.

I personally don't think there will be more delays, but who knows. It's on par with their other releases

Although the inflated PC prices might see many flocking to consoles to keep up with AAA titles.

Come on - the updates are painless and quick.

And "death of the consoles".?? Yowsers you really have some strong feelings here.

Again, 90 millions sales just for the PS5 tend to show you should re-evaluate where these emotions are coming from. It's a gaming system hey - they didn't promise to enhance your life to a higher realm or something.

Console prices are already going up and up as well, the new gen will probably be $1000, but the PC from 2025 will probably play games right up to a point further than the PS6 could. Plus seeing as this generation barely did anything, going into the new one for that price no thanks.

106 million sales for the Wii, what is your point? Still not sure what you trying to mean by that? We need games to make gaming work, right now we're stuck playing games from the past, cause there are hardly any new games coming out. This generation sucks just admit it. Just cause you bought a fancy new console doesn't mean it doesn't suck.

And again, I say you are wrong. But it's a bit off a silly argument - I enjoy gaming and am happy with the console, you carry on with your PC if that makes you happy.

And no I don't want some jet engine sitting in my lounge, people who do that are the same types who used to connect their laptops to their TVs to watch their pirated stuff...

Sounds like a you problem tbh. This gen has been amazing for me personally. Considering we had with covid, cost of living crisis etc.

And the next 2 years will be fantastic as well.

By generation I include PC, long development times for games effects everything. Games are taking too long, which just makes this continuous upgrading pointless really.
