Here's another one (what can I say? I'm a jack of all trades..)

It's more like a hobby than a sport.
It's on an information sharing basis.
It's a group thing. (can also be carried out individually though)
There's always a group bully - that's me!!!!!
I talk and demonstrate - the rest of the group listen and try to do as I say....
